Hello! My name is Danielle. I'm a 19-year-old artist living in Georgetown, Texas. I specialize in graphite and charcoal to create unique custom pet portraits.
I love bringing every little detail of my clients' furry friends to life, so they can always hold a special place in your heart. I've created all kinds of portraits — dogs, cats, and even horses — and I'm honored to make something so special to help remember our furry friends, past and present.
I've been practicing my skills my entire life, with the hope of achieving my dream of starting this small business. Being an artist is having a gift within the mind, and I take pride in using mine to bring a smile to every client's face.

I open the books to a few clients each month. The waitlist is where you'll hear first — no spam, just one email when a spot is yours.
You'll get a short form for photos, your pet's name, and any details that matter (a favourite toy, a scar with a story, an ear that flops).
I sketch the composition first and send it for approval, so we're aligned before the detailed drawing begins.
Each portrait is signed, framed, and carefully packed — a finished piece ready to hang the day it arrives.

Thanks for trusting me with your information. This policy explains what I collect, why, and how I protect it. "I," "me," and "the studio" mean Danielle Josephine Studios, a solo art studio based in Georgetown, Texas.
When you join the wait list or commission a portrait, I collect the details you choose to give me: your name, email address, your pet's name and details, your style and size preferences, and any photos or messages you send so I can create your artwork.
I use your information only to respond to you, prepare quotes, schedule and create your commission, arrange payment and delivery, and send you the occasional update about your order or when bookings reopen. That's it.
I never sell, rent, or trade your email address or client information, and I never share it with any outside party for their own marketing or any other purpose. The only places your details ever go are the everyday tools I use to run the studio — for example, the service that delivers the wait-list form to my inbox, my email account, and the payment app you choose to pay through — and they only handle your information to complete your request, never for their own use. I may also share information if the law requires it.
I keep your information for as long as needed to complete your commission and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
You can ask me what information I have, ask me to correct or delete it, or ask to stop receiving updates — just message me (see below) and I'll take care of it.
This studio and site are meant for adults and are not directed at children under 13.
The site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Standard, private server logs may be kept by the web host for security. If I ever add analytics, I'll update this policy first.

Custom, hand-drawn pet portraits in graphite, charcoal, and color, made to order from photos you provide.
Joining the wait list is not an order or a guaranteed slot — it just means I'll reach out when a spot opens. Your commission is confirmed once we've agreed on the details and any required payment.
Prices are listed on the site and depend on style, size, and number of subjects; larger sizes add $20. I'll confirm your final quote before starting.
I currently accept Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp (Shopify checkout coming soon). Payment terms — including any deposit to reserve your slot — are agreed when your commission is confirmed.
Most portraits take about three weeks once I have your photos. Larger or multi-subject pieces may take longer. Timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
By sending reference photos, you confirm you have the right to use them and you give me permission to use them to create your artwork.
I'll usually share a sketch for your approval before the detailed work begins so we're aligned. Small adjustments are part of the process; substantial changes after approval may affect the price or timeline.
I retain the copyright to the artwork I create. You receive the finished piece (and any agreed files) for your personal use. I may show finished work in my portfolio and on social media unless you ask me not to.
Because every piece is custom-made for you, deposits and any work already completed are generally non-refundable. If you need to cancel, reach out as early as possible and I'll do my best to be fair.
Portraits come framed and are packed with care. We'll arrange shipping or pickup and any related cost when your commission is confirmed.
I may decline or cancel a commission at my discretion; if I cancel before completing your piece, I'll refund payment for work not yet done.
The studio isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your commission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
